Past Breeding: Born August 28, Puppies from the breeding Gall Leryka / Winona vom Eisenherz. This is the first breeding from Vorland German Shepherds. This breeding is intended to produce what I look for in a working dog; strong, clear headed, handler oriented dogs with a true sense discernment.
Below, in addition to the sire and dam you will find information of other dogs influencing the pedigree of these working dogs.
A very well balanced dog. Physically she is very athletic and graceful. She is exceptionally stable with a plenty of fire inside when called upon. I think she is a very good example of a proper GSD temperament. Very discerning and handler oriented. Badger is one of the most pleasant, fun and reliable working dogs I have ever been around. Her stability and reliability is what makes her such a great asset. She earned the call name "Badger" because of similarity to her sire, Drago Uranium Zwinger (further described below) who is very tenacious and gritty. He doesn't know what it means to give up or give in. When crossed sensibly, he produces extremely stable, versatile dogs. Badger is as steady, unflappable and versatile as they come and a super accurate representation of a Drago pup. She acts as a service dog for my son with ASD, helping him safely navigate loud and busy public spaces. She is also very serious in her protection work and an excellent tracker.

Griff as described by his owner: Gall, aka Griff, is a stud to consider if you are seeking power and fight in your progeny. Ultra clear-headed and strong, he has superior confidence and bears a striking temperamental similarity to his famous grandsire, Tom z PS.
Griff is very much a one-person dog, not at all social. He's cold and aloof with all except immediate family. No, he isn't going to understand that Great Uncle Ned who visits once per year is family. He is a dog you need to be on your "A-game" to handle in public, but he is not hard to handle- he is very obedient and eager to please for a dog as hard as he is.
Not a liability with decent handling, nor handler-aggressive, Griff does tend to push buttons to test how confident and competent the handler or helper are. Bringing both real aggression and excellent stability to the table, I'm extremely happy to have found him. Very controllable, but he needs to be taken seriously. His pups so far have been spectacular; they exude both confidence and drive.

From his owner:
Drago is a powerful male with strong character. Upper middle-sized at 64cm, with super structure, he is V rated in conformation and earned a very complimentary breed survey. I have had my eye on Drago since he was a very young dog, and was thankful to be contacted when he was retired from IPO competition due to injury. Drago is a multiple national-level competitor, showing power, fight, and a strong bond with his handler. He was imported from Uranium Zwinger kennel in Poland as a puppy.
It took a few weeks, but he now has bonded with me and is proving to be every bit the dog I thought he was long ago. He demands respect and will not be man-handled or corrected unfairly. He is not, however, handler-aggressive. Rather, he simply demands fair treatment and is willing to ruin your day in order to receive it. He takes a warranted and deserved correction very well.
He is a harder, more dominant-type dog, though warm and loving toward children and totally neutral to other dogs of both genders. He has a calm demeanor, never hectic nor hyper regardless of stimulus. Strong handler-focus and high possessiveness make him a sound choice for the production of versatile working-quality puppies.
The majority of his puppies inherit his calmness and incredible self-control, as well as affinity for children.

Mel is an unflappable with super nerves. She can be a social butterfly but is rock solid anywhere and everywhere. Powerful in the sport. A very healthy and hardy dog. She is an excellent mother, even if a bit of a micro-manager (carrying puppies who stray to far back constantly). She doesn't meet a stranger but is super territorial at the same time.
